Last upper GI I lost a tooth. Be sure to tell staff to be careful with mouthpiece insertion. My crown/root canal cost $2500. We shouldn't have to tell staff to be careful. They should already be careful without being told.

WOW both my wife and I were very impressed with this Doctor. He explained things to us that no other Doctor had in the past. He got right down to business as no other had in the past and confirmed to us things that several other doctors and a hospital had overlooked or simply told us my condition was only in my head. We look forward to the results of his care and help.

For the record, I never leave feedback, but I'm tired spending time with their finance department who DON'T ANSWER CALLS. Do not believe anything they tell you when you check in and pay for your procedure. They sent an invoice for Arizona Centers for Digestive Health and another invoice for Arizona Advanced Endoscopy, 2 different bills for 2 different anesthesiologist practices (which BTW, the nurse practitioner's invoice was more than the anesthesiologist's) totaling 4 different companies!! When all is said and done, it was almost $4k for one procedure!! My procedure was done in March of 2022! It's December of 2023! Absolutely Pathetic. I hope someone puts a stop to this absurd medical billing practice in this country!

The entire process was smooth & effective. The phone call & texts informing me of the steps that would take place, as well as the telemed by iPhone virtual meeting took place without a hitch. Pleasant experience. Well done.

I had an appointment a month ago; I was told they'd call me in September to schedule an appointment. Here we are in the middle of the month and NO call. Trying to get them on the phone is ridiculous and the VM keeps disconnecting me. What a waste of my time and effort. Now I'm told "The MA should've called you and the Doc is now booked until November. They'll call you then." Uhhh, NO they probably won't being they didn't this time. And Alex, the MA, just informed me that the ENTIRE month of November is booked already!! My $117.00 bill will NOT be paid for lack of follow-thru in this practice.

This is absolutely and completely the worst finance department in the medical industry. You get charged when you walk in for what they say is the full amount. That happens to be a joke however, as they then hit you with a variety of charges after the visit/procedure is done. I would never in a million years recommend this place unless you’re a fan of hidden charges…
